Description

​

This program is for dedicated Dharma Ground practitioners who want to step into a season of focused, accompanied practice with a teacher. It is a Guided Study and Practice container — meaning you are signing up to be witnessed and accompanied, to practice with specific assignments, to share field reports between individual practice meetings, and to be met with the kind of rigor and care that allows a particular line of inquiry to mature and for the seeds of transformation to be planted.

In particular, this offering is for practitioners interested in sustaining and deepening practice with the themes introduced in Alex’s class series From View to Perception: Practicing with Patterns that Shape Experience.

Who This Is For

​

This program is for practitioners who:

​

• Are already familiar with the Naturally Arising Practice Method and part of the Dharma Ground community (at least six months of participation, or prior teacher approval)
• Feel drawn to Alex's particular expression of the practice method — the felt-sense, embodied, cognitive-science-informed lane within the broader teachings
• Want to commit to a season of focused practice, with the discipline of regular reports and assignments

This is not a survey course or a drop-in class series. It is closer in feel to working in a teacher's "lab": you come because this particular expression speaks to you, and you let the structure of the lab shape what you study and practice while you're there.
