Description
This class series invites us to explore Relatedness — how we are in relationship with what’s happening, both internally and externally, in each moment. Relatedness is not just about connection with others; it’s about our relationship with all experience. When rooted in embodied presence, we gradually become less reactive, more intentional, and more aligned with the Dharma.
In this class series we will cultivate practices that support clarity, discernment, and choice in daily life. As we learn to pause, sense, and respond from presence, we begin to experience a deeper wellbeing — one that is less and less dependent on conditions. This is the heart of Dharma practice on the street of life: cultivating the capacity to meet what is, with compassion and wisdom.
The timing of this class series is intentional to be in the heart of our fall exploration of the discerning mind. This class warmly welcomes both newcomers who are exploring these teachings for the first time and returning community members who are engaging in this exploration throughout the fall.
Model of Mutual Support
This program is offered in the Buddhist tradition of dāna, which means freely giving. When you register, you will see donation options ranging from $15 - $200. However, you are welcome to offer any amount you wish below or above this range. Finances need not be a barrier to participation. Any offering is gratefully accepted, tax-deductible, and supports both the teacher and Dharma Ground.
