Description
This course is an invitation to cultivate a deeper ground from which to relate to life. Through practice, we can cultivate being aligned, available, and present—and know this as a ground. This ground is not a concept; it’s a dynamic direct experience. We discover that this ground has room for things to be the way they are. We discover that this ground is worth cultivating. We discover, from this ground, caring without demanding, arises naturally. From this ground, we can dance with life.
This course includes in-depth practice with the Arriving Sequence both as a preliminary practice and as our first ground. We also practice with the capacities of consciousness, especially Etheric spaciousness and Intuitional knowing.
Format Details
Each week for six weeks you will receive access to a new class module, which includes a short introductory video and an ~60 minute guided meditation, to explore at your own pace. At any point during the first five weeks of this exploration, you are invited to “Field Report” via audio or writing to Dana, who will respond with an audio message. This class series will conclude with a 90 minute live online session including a short guided meditation, participant sharing, and responses from Dana.
Model of Mutual Support
This program is offered completely by donation. Your donation includes both teacher support (dāna) and organizational support for everything in this program. The suggested donation range is $55 - $450. You are invited to offer what is appropriate given your life circumstances (including an offering outside of the suggested range). All offerings are gratefully accepted. All registration offerings are tax-deductible.
