Format
This class series is entirely on-demand, allowing you flexibility to engage with the content to fit your schedule. It contains two modules, which each contain teaching videos, guided meditations, and reflections.
Prerequisite
Familiarity with the Arriving Sequence; if you are not yet familiar with Arriving Sequence, we invite you to learn the Arriving Sequence practice here.
Description
In this class series, you’ll learn to recognize and rest on “Practice Grounds,” which support greater ease and responsiveness in meditation and daily life.
In addition, this class series will introduce you to the felt sense of “Inward Staying,” inspired by the teachings of Upasika Kee Nanayon. Cultivating Inward Staying helps you remain deeply connected to the mind-heart’s natural knowing capacity on and off the cushion.
Model of Mutual Support
This program is offered in the Buddhist tradition of dāna, which means freely giving. When you register, you will see donation options ranging from $15 - $150. However, you are welcome to offer any amount you wish below or above this range. Finances need not be a barrier to participation. Any offering is gratefully accepted, tax-deductible, and supports both the teacher and Dharma Ground.
