Description
This 4-class series will focus on clarifying and deepening one's experience of the Etheric, Astral, and Intuitional Capacities of Consciousness in support of Insight Meditation practice. Our focus will be on cultivating the felt sense of groundedness and spaciousness in each of the three Subtle dimensions. Topics will include:
Etheric—as a foundation and support for the other Subtle Bodies
Astral—how to skillfully engage the gifts and manage the liabilities
Intuitional—what it is and what supports accessing and utilizing this enhanced knowing capacity
The 2-hour live meetings in this series will include ~hour long guided meditations, brief talks, and community "reports from the field” with responses from the teacher. Although attendance is encouraged, you are welcome to take this class even if you can’t make it to the live sessions. Recordings of guided meditations and talks will be made available of the live sessions.
Model of Mutual Support
This class is offered by donation, with a suggested range of $45 - $450, which will be shared by the teacher for teaching the class and by Dharma Ground for hosting this class. You are invited to offer what is appropriate given your life circumstances (including an offering outside of the suggested range). All offerings are gratefully accepted. All registration offerings are tax-deductible.
