Description

Resilience is what we're really cultivating when we sit down to practice, not relaxation. Resilience is the capacity to be steady with whatever arises, pleasant or unpleasant, and to come back to our center when we’re thrown off balance. Each time we show up, align with our intention, and return to this moment, we are building something real in our practice and our life. Resilience is something we can cultivate and when we do, it grounds us through the difficult times and also helps us appreciate what is going well.

Model of Mutual Support

This program is offered in the Buddhist tradition of dāna, which means freely giving. When you register, you will see donation options ranging from $15 - $250. However, you are welcome to offer any amount you wish below or above this range. Finances need not be a barrier to participation. Any offering is gratefully accepted, tax-deductible, and supports the teachers and Dharma Ground.
