Designed for both new and continuing students, this Daylong Retreat will focus on the fundamentals of the Nine Bodies Insight practice. For new students, this will be an introduction to the method; for continuing students, this will be a day of practice. The day will include brief orienting talks, detailed guided meditations, walking/moving meditation, and time for sharing and response in groups divided by experience level. The primary method of teaching will be through guided meditations including the Arriving Sequence, the Physical Body, the Vital Body, the Emotional Body, and the Etheric Body. There will be an emphasis on grounding, relaxation, and receiving the felt-sense in the present moment as we explore these natural capacities of consciousness.

A short introductory recording will be provided ahead of time to allow us to dive right into the experiential part of the day. This Daylong Retreat will prepare students for the "Nine Bodies Insight: Exploring Capacities of Consciousness" week-long Retreats and fulfills the prerequisite for "Integrating Nine Bodies into Daily Life."

The schedule for new students and continuing students will be slightly different to allow for some times for the groups to divide by experience. Below is a rough schedule for the day.
