Format

On-demand content + two live teacher-led sessions.

Registration is open now, and the on-demand content will be available starting January 8, 2026.

Description

This series will focus on deepening one’s experience of the Etheric Body, including exploring space, energy, knowing, nourishing, and the Subtle Heart. We’ll also explore the Etheric Body’s relationship with other bodies such as how it contains and cocoons the manifest bodies and supports accessing and aligning in the other subtle bodies and beyond.

This is a blended offering, with six modules of on-demand talks and guided meditations that you can work through on your own schedule, plus two live-online sessions. The expectation is that participants practice with the guided meditations at least 2-3 times per week. The live sessions will be time for sharing and teacher responses about the Etheric Body.

This program starts on January 8, 2026 — which is when the initial on-demand teachings will become available — and ends on February 3, 2026. The two live teacher-led sessions will be the following Tuesdays:

  • Session with Alex: January 20, 9:00 - 10:30 am PT / 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET
  • Session with Dana: February 3, 9:00 - 10:30 am PT / 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET

Participants will be provided with talks and three guided meditations each week and are invited to practice with one or all three. The expectation is that participants practice with the guided meditations at least 2-3 times per week.

Model of Mutual Support

This program is offered in the Buddhist tradition of dāna, which means freely giving. When you register, you will see donation options ranging from $75 - $620. However, you are welcome to offer any amount you wish below or above this range. Finances need not be a barrier to participation. Any offering is gratefully accepted, tax-deductible, and supports both the teachers and Dharma Ground.
