Description
The Nine Bodies Insight practice brings a fresh perspective to the Satipatthana, the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. In the Satipatthana sutta, the Buddha laid out how we can be present for all aspects of our experience, even the most subtle parts. As a support for Satipatthana meditation, the Nine Bodies Insight practice provides a means for increasing the clarity and specificity of your mindfulness and enables the arising of insight. This Daylong is open to everyone (new and continuing students) who wish to explore the intersection of Nine Bodies Insight practice with the Satipatthana sutta.
This Daylong can be taken individually or as part of a series with two other Daylongs on the fundamentals of practice that Tuere is also teaching (on Oct 27th and Nov 24th).
